Buttock augmentation or gluteal augmentation is used to improve the contour, size and/or shape of the buttocks. This is achieved using buttock implants or fat grafting.
Buttock implants are filled with silicone and are surgically placed deep into the buttock tissue.
Buttock augmentation fat grafting involves the transfer of fat from one part of the body to the buttock tissue. This technique is also called the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
Preparation and operation procedure
The procedure is simple, you come to the hospital in the morning, you must not eat or drink anything in the morning. In the hospital, all findings, urine, laboratory and biochemical analyses, EKG, and examination by the anesthesiologist are performed. After that, we plan the operation, take photos.
The operation is performed under block anesthesia or general anesthesia.
Buttock augmentation with the BBL method takes about 3-4 hours.
Buttock augmentation with implants takes about 2-3 hours.
There is difficulty in sitting in the first days after the operation, the stitches are removed after seven to ten days.
