Upper arm tightening
Upper arm tightening
A procedure that involves reducing the circumference of the upper arms by removing excess loose skin and subcutaneous fat.
Preparation and operation procedure
The procedure is simple, you come to the hospital in the morning, you must not eat or drink anything in the morning. In the hospital, all findings, urine, laboratory and biochemical analyses, EKG, and examination by the anesthesiologist are performed. After that, we plan the operation, take photos.
According to the previously marked and detailed plan, the removal of excess skin and subcutaneous fatty tissue from the specified region is performed. Drainage is usually not necessary. In some cases, volume reduction can be achieved only by liposuction of that region or by combining these two techniques.
The operation is performed under general anesthesia and lasts about 1.5 hours.
Recovery
The stitches are biodegradable and cannot be removed. It is necessary to wear an arm corset for up to 2 weeks.
