Hypospadias
Hypospadias represents one of the most common congenital anomalies of the urogenital system, in which the external opening of the urethra opens on the lower (ventral) side of the penis. Also, the skin of the penis is not properly distributed, the foreskin is missing from the bottom, and there is excess skin on the top that covers the glans like a blanket. The most common symptoms are pain when urinating and frequent urinary infections, and the curvature of the penis causes difficult coitus. The aim of the surgical treatment is to solve the curvature, reconstruct the urethra and its opening at the top of the penis, and correct the skin of the penis and scrotum.

Epispadias
Epispadias represents a congenital urogenital anomaly in which the external opening of the urinary tube (urethra) is located on the dorsal-upper side of the penis. Incontinence - the inability to hold urine - often develops, and the most common associated anomalies are cryptorchidism (undescended testicles) and the formation of an inguinal hernia. In adults, sexual relations are practically impossible because the penis is pressed against the front abdominal wall.
Surgical treatment includes correction of the curvature of the penis, reconstruction of the missing part of the urethra and achieving a normal appearance of the external genitalia. A complete reconstruction of all parts of the penis is necessary along with the resolution of incontinence.

Curved penis
A curved penis is a very common phenomenon and can be either congenital or acquired. It can arise anywhere on the body of the penis and turn it in any direction. The acquired curvature of the penis is caused by a disease called Peyronie's disease, which results in the formation of scar tissue on the erectile bodies of the penis itself.
PEYRONIE'S DISEASE is characterized by the formation of hard tissue (fibrosis) on the penis (tunica albuginea) which causes pain, curvature and deformation of the penis, usually during erection.
During an erection, scar tissue limits the expansion of this part of the penis, and thus the bending of the penis to one side. The surgical technique for treating this problem involves placing certain stitches along the body of the penis to pull the penis to the opposite side of the curve. This method can sometimes cause a slight shortening of the penis, and is often combined with the technique of penis enlargement.
This method is recommended if there is no big curve up to 90%. A more complex procedure involves removing these hard, fibrous plates and straightening the penis, and the defect is covered with special grafts. Sometimes it is necessary to install a penile prosthesis, if the erection is weakened.

Buried penis
Buried penis is a phenomenon in which the normal penis is hidden, buried in the skin of the pubic region, which significantly reduces its length, and the causes are either a lack of skin on the body of the penis or an excess of fatty tissue in the pubic region. It can also occur after excessive circumcision or lack of skin. A buried penis is a functional, aesthetic and psychological problem.
The aim of the surgical intervention is to use the foreskin to cover the penis as a whole. Sometimes the best effect is achieved with liposuction - removal of subcutaneous fatty tissue of the pubic region. The intervention is completed by the exteriorization of the entire body of the penis and additional reconstruction of the penospubic and penoscrotal angles.

Reconstruction of the skin of the penis
Phimosis is a difficulty or complete inability to pull the foreskin over the glans penis, and the disease can be congenital or acquired. Circumcision is a surgical technique that partially or completely removes excess skin, and is performed under local anesthesia.
Paraphimosis is a condition in which the foreskin cannot be pulled back over the glans and cover it, but remains under the glans and tightly squeezes it, causing pain and swelling, and in the long-term even gangrene. Paraphimosis occurs most often after masturbation or sexual intercourse, while the penis is erect, and it can also occur in children (rarely), for example, when maintaining hygiene or forcibly pulling back the phimosis foreskin. The aim of the surgical intervention is to cut the foreskin and release the glans. If there is gangrene, radical circumcision of the foreskin is necessary.

Penis enlargement
Penis enlargement procedures involve surgical techniques that increase the width or length of the male genital organ. There are several methods of enlarging the male genital organ.
The results of the intervention depend on several factors. The difference in length will be greater in patients with a larger penis because there is usually more tissue in the body that is freed by the intervention than in patients with a smaller penis. Also, if there is more fatty tissue in the pubic region, it can hide part of the penis and thus reduce the result. That is why liposuction of this region is often performed. After the intervention, it is important to use the so-called vacuum device to achieve the best possible result.

Breast surgery in transsexuals
Breast reduction or amputation procedure and shaping of natural, flat male breasts (after genital transformation from female to male).
The operation is performed under general anesthesia for 1.5-2 hours, depending on the size of the breasts.
It is necessary to wear an elastic compression bandage for about a week. The stitches are removed gradually between 10 and 14 days.
